At Skin Agents we use the Venus Viva™ or Venus Versa™ for our advanced Radio Frequency (RF) Nano Fractional resurfacing treatments. The applicator with its tiny pins are used to deliver heat to the skins surface while creating tiny micro dermal wounds. Our body will naturally start repairing these micro wounds which in turn will stimulate new collagen and repair the skin reducing enlarged pores, acne scaring and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Radio Frequency resurfacing is a Non-Surgical treatment with minimal downtime that can reduce the appearance of enlarged pores, uneven skin texture, pigmentation, fine and deep wrinkles, rosacea, stretch marks and acne scaring.

What to expect
We generally use a numbing cream prior to your treatment, this ensures the treatment is very comfortable. After your treatment you should expect to be mild to moderately red for up to 24 hours post treatment, your skin can feel like you have a mild wind or sun burn. Generally, this heat dissipates within a couple of hours. On occasions mild swelling can occur. All of this will be discussed with you during your pre treatment consultation.
We recommend not using any of your usual home skin care product or makeup for 24-48 hours post treatment.

How many treatments?
Skin Agents recommends at least 3 sessions every 4-6 weeks.
