Waxing & Threading

WAXING

Waxing is a form of semi-permanent hair removal which removes the hair from the root. New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed area for four to six weeks. Almost any area of the body can be waxed, including eyebrows, face, nose, bikini, legs, arms, back, abdomen, and feet. There are many types of waxing suitable for removing unwanted hair.
Benefits of professional waxing:
Having your waxing done by a professional is always the safest option; waxing therapists are trained to remove your hair in a safe and less painful manner. They will ensure they do not break the hair and therefore you will be hair free for longer with less change of getting ingrown hairs.
Areas that are repeatedly waxed over long periods of time often exhibit regrowth that is softer.

THREADING

An ancient technique used by the Egyptians to remove unwanted hair. It is particularly good for the removal of facial hair, upper lip and eyebrows.

Threading is a great alternative to waxing for men or women with sensitive or irritated skin, it is also a safer method of hair removal for anyone on medication containing Retinol or any acne medication like Retin A or Accutane, or anyone who has recently had a chemical peel.

Threading is less painful than waxing and much longer lasting than bleaching or depilatory creams.
